Pink: vulnerability is a strength
Two communities, Kaohsiung and Buriram, wearing pink for Reggie in one night.
Last year was something special. I originally left the UK in 2022 to heal and go on an adventure, and somehow it led to everyone from the Kaohsiung, Taiwan community and my friends from the Buriram, Thailand community coming together in one night to support Reggie.
Seeing everyone wear pink meant even more. I wore pink during the Student Union elections in 2022 to show that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. To watch two different communities across the world embrace that same meaning showed so much unity and heart. It was a mix of cultures coming together in the most powerful way - it felt real, alive, and healing for all of us.
Now Iโm back in the UK with a mission to turn what Iโve learned into purpose and build something even bigger than before.
